No Noise is a small-scale festival that takes place annually on the first Saturday of August, since 2015, focused on experimental music and the Do It Yourself culture that defines a good part of Sonoscopia’s identity and ethics. To date, the festival has taken place at Sonoscopia’s former premises, at Convento de Francos and at our current space. The two editions that took place at Convento de Francos (in 2018 and 2019) sought to recover an abandoned space and return it to the city, a space with unique characteristics and with a rare dimension and openness within the urban fabric. With the limitations introduced since the emergence of the Coronavirus, it was not possible to carry out the 2020 edition, and the 2021 edition was limited to 60 people due to the legally required social distancing.
